Public lecture, 24 June 2008

The conference programme includes a lecture which, while being part of the conference itself, is open to the general public. There is no admission fee. Professor Keith Ward, FBA, will give a public lecture in honour of Dr Arthur Peacocke (1924-2006), an Oxford academic who made a distinguished contribution to the dialogue between science and religion, and whose work has particular relevance to the conference theme. This lecture will be delivered at 8.00 p.m. on Tuesday 24 June in the University Church of St Mary the Virgin. We are grateful to the Vicar of the University Church for his kindness in making this possible.

The topic of the lecture will be “The Future of Natural Theology”.
